Pending vs processing vs confirmed: what the statuses mean

The three withdrawal statuses tell you exactly where your money is: “pending” means the casino has not released it yet (it’s in approval/review), “processing” or “sent” means the casino has broadcast it to the blockchain, and “confirmed/completed” means the network has settled it to your wallet.

The distinction matters because the fix is different at each stage. While it’s pending, the wait is on the casino, KYC, a manual review, an active bonus, or a limit, and contacting support or completing verification is what moves it. Once it’s processing/sent, the casino has done its part and the wait is blockchain confirmations, which you can watch via the transaction hash; a casino can’t speed that up. “Confirmed” means it has arrived, if your wallet doesn’t show it, you’re likely looking at the wrong network or address.

So if support says “it’s been sent”, check the tx hash in a block explorer before chasing them: the delay is now the network, not the casino.

Stated payout window vs what players report

If a status has not moved, the useful comparison is what the operator promises against what players actually report. A fast stated window sitting next to reported delays is the mismatch worth knowing about.
