Pending vs processing vs confirmed: what the statuses mean
The three withdrawal statuses tell you exactly where your money is: “pending” means the casino has not released it yet (it’s in approval/review), “processing” or “sent” means the casino has broadcast it to the blockchain, and “confirmed/completed” means the network has settled it to your wallet.
The distinction matters because the fix is different at each stage. While it’s pending, the wait is on the casino — KYC, a manual review, an active bonus, or a limit — and contacting support or completing verification is what moves it. Once it’s processing/sent, the casino has done its part and the wait is blockchain confirmations, which you can watch via the transaction hash; a casino can’t speed that up. “Confirmed” means it has arrived — if your wallet doesn’t show it, you’re likely looking at the wrong network or address.
So if support says “it’s been sent”, check the tx hash in a block explorer before chasing them — the delay is now the network, not the casino.
Key points
- Pending = casino hasn’t released it (KYC/review/bonus/limit).
- Processing / sent = broadcast to the blockchain; now it’s confirmations.
- Confirmed / completed = settled to your wallet.
- Pending → contact support / finish KYC; sent → check the tx hash.
- If “confirmed” but not received, check you’re on the right network/address.
FAQ
My withdrawal says “processing” — is that the casino or the blockchain?
Processing/sent means the casino has broadcast it, so the wait is now blockchain confirmations. Look up the transaction hash in a block explorer to see its progress — the casino can’t speed that up.
